Suggestion to expand Hosting service.

I see that you guys offer B/W of 110GB for the proxy starters..and it costs close to $10. I was just referring your site to some people but they said that they don't have that much BW requirement..

I would suggest you to offer something lower than 110GB too..like 25 GB and 50GB..this will pull in the small players as well..and you probably be knowing that there are more small players than the big players..

This will help you expand your customer base..you can price it lower say $4.99 for 50GB and $2.99 for 25GB..


Also do the same for your shared hosting..i know you offer unlimited for $4. so you can offer 20GB BW and charge lesser than $4..

Thank you! We can probably do that for our proxy plans, but not for our shared. $4/month is already low if we lower it even more we wont make much profit since we have paypal fees etc.. unless the client pays yearly.

Actually we did have 24/7 Live Support in the beginning, but things started changing around at the office and it stopped. We do plan on having 24/7 live chat support from September. We do have 24/7 ticket support if there is an emergency.
